Polyethylene Wrapped Structural Wall Reinforcem ENT Pipe Structural Wall Reinforcement Pipe

A-type tube: HDPE hollow wall winding pipe type A is a structural wall pipe made mainly fro- m high-density polyethylene ( HDPE) through a special winding molding process. This type of pipeline has a unique " I-shaped" structure , with flat inner and outer walls and a structural wall in the middle, representing thecharacteristic characteristics of hollow wound pipes.

B-type tube: HDPE winding structure wall B-type pipe is a new type of irregular structurew-  all pipe made by high-density polyethylene hot winding forming process . It has the characteristics of long service life , high resistance to external pressure ,g-  ood connection , no leakage , environmental protection and no pollution. HDPE winding structure wall B-type pipe was initially introduced by domestic enterp- rises from the German Kra company, and is therefore commonly referred to as  Kra pipe in China .

    differencedifference

HDPE winding structure wall pipe A type pipe and B type pipe difference:

    1. Appearance difference: HDPE wrapped structure wall pipe type A has a flat appearance , while HDPE wrapped structure wall pipe type B has a spiral appearance , with significant differences in appearance .

    2. Different processes: HDPE winding structure wall pipe type A is formed by hot extrusion winding , while HDPE winding structure wall pipe type B is formed  by hot winding.

    3. Different performance: The two adopt different production standards , and their performance is also different . HDPE wrapped structure wall pipe A-type pipe is more suitable for soft soil flow sand foundation and has better uniform settl  ement performance than HDPE wrapped structure wall pipe B-type pipe . The B-type HDPE wrapped structural wall pipe adopts electric fusion connection, with excellent connection quality and no leakage at the pipe interface , ensuring stable operation of the system. Its sealing performance is better than that of   the A-type HDPE wrapped structural wall pipe.

    4. Different ports: HDPE wrapped reinforced pipe type A does not have an elec- tric fuse at the end , while HDPE wrapped reinforced pipe type B has an electric fuse at the end.

    5. Different application ranges: HDPE wrapped structure wall pipe A-typ e pipe is widely used in municipal construction , water conservancy engineering , farmland , orchards , forest belt drainage and irrigation pipe networks , chemical  wastewater discharge pipe networks , etc; The HDPE wrapped structure wall pipe B-type pipe is suitable for urban water supply, drainage , long-distance water transmission , and agricultural irrigation projects.
