Installation specification of electrofusion pipe fittings:
1. Inspection of pipe fittings: check that there is no damage to the appearance, check that the specifications and models are consistent with the design requirements, and ensure that the capacitive sensing components and connection lines are normal.
2. Pipeline preparation: clean the connection parts, remove impurities such as oil stains, ensure that the pipeline port is cut flat and burr-free, check the straightness of the pipeline and straighten, and measure its outer diameter and inner diameter within the tolerance range.
3. Tool preparation: Prepare hot melt or electric fusion welding equipment, pipe cutting tools, calipers, levels, etc., to ensure that the equipment parameters can be accurately set and the tools are in good condition.
4. Selection and operation of connection mode: the hot melt connection needs to preheat the heating plate, control the heating and cooling time, and ensure that the axis of the pipe and pipe fittings is aligned; For electrofusion connection, the pipe fittings should be set, and the parameters such as welding time and voltage should be accurately set to avoid the influence of external forces.
5. Capacitive element connection and protection: protect the capacitive sensing element, correctly connect and fix its external wiring, do a good job of protection, and avoid physical injury.
6. Installation position and angle adjustment: install pipe fittings according to the design requirements, ensure horizontal pipes for horizontal pipes, ensure vertical pipes for vertical pipes, and consider the load-bearing capacity of pipe fittings.
7. Appearance inspection: check that there are no cracks, scratches and deformation in the appearance of the pipe fittings, the connection lines of the capacitive components are intact, and the connection between the pipe fittings and the pipe is tight and not loose.
