1. Pipe laying foundation: Before installing HDPE large diameter welded pipe fittings, make sure that the foundation for pipe laying is solid and flat. For buried pipelines, it is necessary to avoid the phenomenon of suspension under the pipe fittings and prevent the pipe fittings from being damaged under the action of external pressure.
2. Check before connection: check again whether the connection parts of the pipe fittings and pipes are clean and dry, and whether the welding equipment is working normally. Check whether the specifications and models of pipe fittings and pipes match to ensure the accuracy of the connection.
3. Welding environment control: Try to avoid welding under bad weather conditions, such as strong wind, rainfall, low temperature and other environments. When welding at low temperatures, proper preheating of fittings and pipes may be required to ensure the quality of the weld.
4. Support and fixing: During the installation process, appropriate support and fixing measures should be provided for large-diameter pipe fittings. For example, when installing an elbow on a vertical pipe, consider the weight of the elbow and the impact force of the fluid in the pipe, and set up a suitable bracket or hanger to prevent the pipe fittings and pipes from dislodging.
